Position: Senior Litigation Paralegal Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid) Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 Benefits: Competitive benefits package
Our client's reputable law firm in Denver is looking for a seasoned Senior Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of litigation experience. This hybrid role combines the benefits of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility and balance.
Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in all litigation phases, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial tasks.
Perform legal research and draft legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Handle case file management, including document management and organization.
Arrange and manage depositions, witness interviews, and court appearances.
Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
