Legal Receptionist
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their Legal Receptionist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. Previous experience working in a law firm specifically is REQUIRED.
This is a temp-to-hire position where you will earn between $26.00 and $28.84 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below). If/when you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and clients at the front desk and escorting them to the proper offices or conference rooms
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Booking conference rooms and setting them up for meetings
- Tracking visitor arrivals and departures
- Managing calendars
- Managing company communications
- Filing, scanning, and sorting documents
- All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
- At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in a law firm REQUIRED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
- Hourly rate between $26.00 and $28.84
