Denver, CO: Position: Litigation Legal Assistant - (Plaintiff) Location: Denver, CO Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year Experience: 5+ years required

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant for our client in Denver, CO.


Job Description:



  • Assist attorneys in plaintiff's litigation matters by drafting and editing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.


  • Manage case files, including organizing documents, maintaining calendars, and coordinating deadlines.


  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.


  • Prepare discovery materials and coordinate document production and responses.


  • Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and facilitate case progression.


  • Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.


  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant in a law firm setting.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in work product.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Knowledge of electronic document management systems and case management software preferred.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
