Role: HR Generalist | Onsite in Denver, CO

Pay: $34.61 - $43.27/hr - based on experience


Contracted Role: Indefinitely People Generalist Accountabilities:



  • Manage LOA, STD, FMLA and WC


  • Update LOA’s in ADP and PeopleDoc


  • Check LOA’s weekly to ensure approvals are correct and keep in contact on RTW with associate and manager


  • Update/maintain OSHA 300 logs


  • Know and understand Hours Worked and Headcount as part of TRIR


  • Report Lost Time injuries every 1st business day of the month for the previous month


Recruitment:



  • Post/create jobs in ApplicantStack and Indeed as necessary.


  • Remove postings when filled.


  • Phone screening and interviews for Drivers, Maintenance and QA


  • Provide weekly updates on # openings and where we are in the process.


  • Supply offer letters.


  • Run background checks and drug testing.


Onboarding I:



  • Create email address tickets in GB Support and add to correct distribution lists.


  • Request any necessary equipment.



New Hire Orientation in partnership with People Admin.



  • Schedule New Hire Orientation


  • Send out invite to necessary leadership.


Onboarding II:



  • Enter new hires in ADP and submit PeopleDoc.


  • Enter new hires in Timeclock.


  • Create personnel folders.


  • Create Training folders.


  • Create badges.


Offboarding:



  • Term associates via PeopleDoc but also verifying any PTO owed after proration to include.


  • Deactivate badges.


  • Send GBsupport ticket to remove access for salaried termed associates.


Associate Engagement:



  • Spend time on the floor daily interacting with associates.


  • Conduct/support engagement activities.


  • Posting and verifying up to date all communication throughout the building – including contact information postings.


  • Special Event Activities for Sustainability month, Black History Month, Safety Month etc.


Training:



  • Input any training into Alchemy/maintain training files.



  • Visitor Support when People Admin is on PTO


  • Order/prepare for visitors by confirming conference rooms as needed.


  • Ordering or arranging for snacks to be available.


  • Ordering or arranging meals as needed.


People Team Coverage:



  • Being able to work off shifts as needed (ie. 2nd/3rd shifts and/or weekends)


  • Able to learn and provide coverage for People Admin when they’re on PTO.


Miscellaneous:



  • SAP PO creation for invoices.


  • Participate and help drive all associate surveys (ie. Safety, Say It, Sustainability).


  • Participate in Good Neighbor Project.

Pay Details: $34.61 to $43.27 per hour Search managed by: Lauren Litten
