Our client, a public institution is looking for an Admnistrative Assistant starting as soon as possible for 3 months. The institution is located in Belval.

Your Responsabilities:
- Serve as the contact point for researchers regarding administrative rules and procedures of the institution
- Administer research projects (handle purchase orders, invoices, student and expert contracts, etc.) in line with the Faculty and University guidelines
- Organize business trips and follow up on reimbursement of expenses
- Organize and follow up on internal and external meetings, conferences, workshops and other events
- Ensure administrative activities such as reporting, presentations, and budget follow up
- Maintain complete and efficient records, provide complete and correct up-to-date information on relevant topics
- Contribute to setting up and/or improving administrative processes within the secretariat
- Liaise with the University administration (e.g., HR, Logistics, Finance and Accounting, Student Department, Procurement, Legal Office)
Your Profile:
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent practice of the usual MS Office tools
- Initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time independently
- Team player, diplomatic, friendly, service-oriented
- Reliable and proactive
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Young graduates in (business) administration considered if they already have experience in working in office administration
- Fluency in English, French and German
