System Architect

For one of our clients, a leading innovator in wireless connectivity solutions, we are recruiting a System Architect to join their team in the Connected Modules division.
In this role, you will work on projects ranging from system-level studies to the implementation of ultra-low-power designs, collaborating closely with clients and operational teams. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovation, optimize product performance, and directly contribute to the company’s success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define product specifications and device architectures.
- Design state-of-the-art ultra-low-power solutions.
- Support the transition from design to high-volume manufacturing, working with process engineers to ensure compliance with product requirements.
- Ensure products meet specifications, pass qualifications, and satisfy client needs.
- Work with international teams (United States, Europe, Asia) to align methodologies and share best practices.
- Establish and promote design standards, reusable components, and rules for development and validation.
Profile
- Education: Master’s degree (or higher)
- Experience: Several years of experience in low-power electronic design, with enthusiasm for all stages of product development, from concept to production ramp-up.
- Expertise: Low-power hardware design and architecture, particularly with wireless IoT chipsets and low-power sensor technologies.
Required Skills
- Low-power HW design/architecture experience with integration of the latest in wireless IoT chipsets and low-power sensor technologies
- Expertise in Digital & Analog electronic design
- Experience and understanding of the challenges and impact of :
- PCB technology
- Mechanical and Electrical design
- Materials selection
- Embedded software.
- Good understanding of industrialization and production constraints
- Experience in design of RF circuits including antenna matching and filter networks would be a plus
- Hands on lab experience with the latest state-of-the-art equipment
Languages
- Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages, particularly French, is an asset.
