- Duties:
- Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments or negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain records of contacts and payments.
- Resolve billing issues and submit reports on unpaid accounts.
- Qualifications:
- Experience with automated telephone dialing systems and collections databases.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and procedures.
- High school diploma; additional education is a plus.
- Up to $25/ hour
