Responsibilities:

Recording shipments into an ERP system
Monthly reconciliation checks
Preparing weekly reports
Prepare reports related to budgets, sales, customers and more
Credit card processing

Qualifications:

Past experience in Accounting is preferred
Previous ERP system is required

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills
On the job experience using the Microsoft Office Products
A high level of professionalism at all times

Two years of experience

Compensation:

$45,000 to $55,000 per year

Work Hours:

Full time 40 hours per week
Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
