LLH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Full-Time B2B Collections Specialist starting as soon as possible, for one of our clients based in Phoenix, AZ Metropolitan area.


As a B2B Collections/Billing Specialist, you will be working with internal and external customers to perform collection and billing functions to support the collections team.


Responsible to contact customers with overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts.


Responsibilities



  • Monitor accounts receivable aging for all overdue accounts


  • Communicate with customers daily with delinquent accounts via email and/or phone and attempt to secure payment to settle open accounts.


  • Research discrepancies and help to settle disputes asap


  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, and customer status


  • Send customer copies of invoices and credit memos upon request


  • Assist and resolve customers billing questions


  • Evaluate credit applications and financial documents to determine creditworthiness.


  • Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and payment history.


Skills & Abilities



  • Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


  • Solid B2B collection, analytical, and reconciliation skills


  • Problem-solving skills


  • Strong customer service skills


  • Must be able to multi-task in fast paced, high transaction business environment


  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision


  • Great attention to detail with strong time management skills


  • Solid excel experience


Education and Qualifications



  • High school diploma with college degree a plus



  • 3 + years collections/billing or accounts receivable experience


  • NetSuite ERP experience a plus
