LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our client located in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a temp-to-hire position with the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching technicians to various work order assignments, ensuring efficient route planning and maximum utilization of resources.
Type: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch technicians for work order assignments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Communicate regularly with co-workers and customers via phone and email to provide updates and resolve any issues.
Perform administrative duties related to dispatching and job tracking.
Plan and coordinate routes for technicians to optimize their schedules and maximize productivity.
Review past schedules and identify opportunities for rescheduling and improving efficiency.
Ensure all jobs are completed and closed out for invoicing purposes.
Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
Support the growth of the office by leveraging professional experience and business expertise.
Perform data entry and other clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using web-based dispatch systems.
Performance-driven with a focus on achieving growth and efficiency.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
