Job Summary

The Compliance Associate plays a key role in supporting operational excellence by monitoring and documenting compliance-related activities in a fast-paced, multi-temperature logistics environment. This position is responsible for capturing violations, conducting data entry, and generating reports to assist in process improvements and uphold operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site observations to identify and photograph compliance violations

• Enter data across multiple software platforms with a high level of accuracy

• Generate and distribute reports for leadership review and operational enhancements

• Work independently to ensure compliance with company policies and partner expectations

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with partners, site managers, and leadership

• Maintain awareness of dock conditions, progress, and issues, offering suggestions for improvement

• Work across various shifts, including weekends, as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience with data entry and administrative documentation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Energetic, reliable, and process-driven with a strong sense of accountability

• Comfortable working in multi-temperature warehouse environments

• Flexible availability to accommodate fluctuating operational demands
