Seeking an Office Assistant for our client in the Northridge area.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of converting to permanent.


Title: Office Assistant

Location: Northridge, CA Pay: $19-$22 hr. Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 8 am-5 pm

  • Offers comprehensive office and clerical assistance, spanning reception, units, and departments


  • Manages a high volume of incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and providing general information


  • Welcomes visitors, confirms appointments, and ensures smooth connections with staff


  • Coordinates appointments for consumers, internal staff, and stakeholders while also organizing meeting spaces and maintaining departmental calendars


  • Undertakes diverse clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, drafting correspondence, and liaising with consumers, families, and service providers


  • Inputs and maintains consumer data and relevant documents into computer databases and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality


  • Compiles reports and documents by gathering and organizing information and establishes and manages physical and electronic filing systems


  • Manages supply inventory and replenishment as needed to support office operations


  • Executes additional duties as necessary to support the smooth functioning of the office


Requirements:



  • One year minimum working as an Office Assistant


  • MS Office Suite
