Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable HR Benefits Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering various HR programs and processes, with a focus on Leaves, ADA accommodation, and Workers’ Compensation. This position reports to HR leadership and requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Responsibilities:



  • Administer assigned programs and processes, serving as the subject matter expert for Leaves, ADA accommodation, and Workers’ Compensation.


  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders on all cases and statuses related to assigned programs and processes.


  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of all relevant documentation for review.


  • Notify stakeholders of status/results for assigned programs and processes.


  • Manage vendor relationships for assigned programs and processes.


  • Interpret and administer processes and programs in accordance with federal and state employment laws.


  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, employee privacy, and other relevant guidelines.


  • Review updates from XpertHR and other relevant sources.


  • Manage leaves via email and phone, overseeing the process from beginning to end (full cycle).


  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).


  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on benefits and leaves management.


  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.


  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
