Office Location: Woodland Hills, CA | Hybrid - 1 remote day/week
Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 based on experience + 15% annual target bonus

Description:
Responsible for the performance of assets in affordable housing portfolio
Perform review of monthly property financial statements
Assess project and partnership risk factors
Analyze property performance, valuation, market trends and operational strengths and weaknesses
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, or Business
3-5 years of multi-family asset management
Knowledge of Section 42 (LIHTC)
Understanding of real estate accounting principles and financial reporting
