The base salary is $45K, with a monthly percentage of premium as additional compensation. There’s also a $12K year-end bonus base that accelerates to 1.5x at 105% of plan, making it uncapped. At 100% of the plan, total compensation exceeds $57K for candidates with two years or less of experience and a BA.


Manage a high volume of phone calls and email requests

Strong customer service skills- able to service existing client base


Be able to provide product/service information


Resolve problems for customers


Team player – able to work with others well


Strong computer skills: MS Office- word, excel


Accept customer payments


Update client information in database


Hours: 8:30-5:30


100% on site
