LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for a global manufacturing client in Winston Salem, NC. This position is responsible for assisting in month-end close duties and financial reporting, as well as various Staff Accounting level duties within general accounting. Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with the month-end close process for domestic and international corporate entities

· Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, including preparing and entering journal entries.

· Assist in the preparation of financial reporting.

· Review and analyze P&L accounts as assigned.

· Assist in preparation of sales & use tax and property tax returns.

· Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting.

· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
