Job Description: LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our long-standing client's team in Wilsonville, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a balanced combination of Human Resources and bookkeeping duties, each comprising about 50% of the workload. Candidates must have knowledge of accounts receivable and payable, as well as onboarding, benefits administration, and overall Human Resources support.
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Address employee relations issues and enforce company policies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budget preparation and audits.
- Handle payroll processing and tax filings.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Enter customer orders into an ERP system and update accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Human Resources Manager, Bookkeeping/Accounting position, or similar.
- Must have strong knowledge of accounting procedures including accounts receivable and payables.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
