LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Estate Planning Paralegal for a regional law firm client in Wilmington, NC. This group is looking for someone who is excited to work with and grow in a busy and productive team.
Responsibilities
Provide general paralegal support in estate planning practice
Entity formation and documentation
Draft correspondence and legal documents
Liaise with clients, financial institutions, insurance companies and public officials
Drafting of wills and trusts
Review tax strategies
Preparing estate and gift tax returns
Qualifications
Minimum two years of paralegal experience, supporting an estate planning practice
NCCP preferred, but not required
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Exceptional proofreading skills
