Order Entry Specialist (Willoughby)

$21.00 - $24.00 per Hour

LHH is partnered with a major client in Willoughby that is in need of an Order Entry Specialist. Past experience doing order intake in a manufacturing setting is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving orders from customers
  • Data entry with an ERP system
  • Answering customer questions and concerns
  • Demonstrate product knowledge

Qualifications:
  • Ability to conduct a large number of inbound calls
  • Past customer service experience in manufacturing required
  • Data entry skills
Skills:
  • Great interpersonal skills while fielding phone calls from customers
  • A strong proficiency with computers, in particular with the Microsoft Office Products
  • Focus on quality
Experience:
  • Two years of experience is required
Employment Type:
  • Contract to Perm
Compensation:
  • $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
Work Hours:
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
