Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a distinguished client in W. Sacramento to find an experienced Business Analyst for a contract position with a limited 3-year term.
Salary Range: $93,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
Develop technical solutions to business needs by defining, analyzing, prioritizing, and documenting business requirements.
Communicate recommendations and outcomes clearly to leadership, vendors, and staff.
Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and research to understand business needs.
Apply strategic planning for both short-term and long-term projects.
Lead cross-functional project teams and support project planning phases by defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Utilize analytical tools to map and evaluate existing business processes.
Prepare comprehensive reports and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of data analysis, software development lifecycles, and business analysis.
Proven experience in conducting interviews, workshops, surveys, and research to gather business needs.
Strategic planning capabilities with experience directing cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using analytical tools and mapping business processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
Skilled in report preparation and communication.
Hours: 40 per week
