Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a distinguished client in W. Sacramento to find an experienced Business Analyst for a contract position with a limited 3-year term.


Salary Range: $93,000 - $100,000


Responsibilities:



  • Develop technical solutions to business needs by defining, analyzing, prioritizing, and documenting business requirements.


  • Communicate recommendations and outcomes clearly to leadership, vendors, and staff.


  • Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and research to understand business needs.


  • Apply strategic planning for both short-term and long-term projects.


  • Lead cross-functional project teams and support project planning phases by defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.


  • Utilize analytical tools to map and evaluate existing business processes.


  • Prepare comprehensive reports and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications:



  • Strong understanding of data analysis, software development lifecycles, and business analysis.


  • Proven experience in conducting interviews, workshops, surveys, and research to gather business needs.


  • Strategic planning capabilities with experience directing cross-functional teams.


  • Proficiency in using analytical tools and mapping business processes.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.


  • Skilled in report preparation and communication.


    Hours: 40 per week
