We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in West Milwaukee. This position plays an integral part to a strong manufacturer with a nationwide presence. If you have at least two years of full cycle AP experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
Match purchase orders to invoices to receipts
Ensure accuracy of invoices
Code and enter invoices into ERP system
Setup new vendors
Provide reporting for month end
Requirements:
Two or more years of accounts payable processing experience
Higher education desired but not required
Ability to work well on a team and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills
