LHH has partnered with an awesome company in the hospitality space located in Washington, DC to identify a Payroll Associate! This is an instrumental role within the accounting department and will have the opportunity to learn and grow along the way!
Job Responsibilities:
Review timesheets from 150+ employees and communicate with employees to resolve discrepancies.
Enter deductions and make adjustments as needed.
Upload timesheets to the system and send payroll reports to corporate for processing.
Work with corporate and employees on correcting payroll errors and ensuring proper pay is issued in a timely manner.
Perform payroll reconciliations and escalate imbalances to management.
Maintain familiarity with local payroll laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of payroll experience.
Experience working within ERP systems.
