Position: Title Administrator Location: Wake Forest, NC Company: LHH Recruitment Solutions
Job Summary: The Title Administrator is responsible for managing and processing vehicle title transactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This will be a Temp to Hire full time, onsite position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with intercompany title reassignments and buy/sell title reassignments.
Prepare and process vehicle title work with the DMV (both in-person and remotely).
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to title transactions.
Track and follow up on missing or incomplete title documents.
Coordinate with finance and sales departments to ensure smooth title processing.
Handle customer inquiries related to title transactions and provide excellent customer service.
Stay updated on changes in title laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Previous experience in automotive dealership title processing is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of state and federal title regulations.
