LHH seeks a Revenue Cycle Supervisor in Wailuku, HI, with a focus on long-term care and hospital physician billing. The Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee the customer relations team, manage medical refunds, and perform auditing tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical reimbursement, particularly in long-term care and hospital physician billing, and be a subject matter expert in this area.


This role is onsite


Responsibilities:



  • Manage and process medical refunds accurately and efficiently.


  • Perform detailed auditing tasks using Microsoft Excel.


  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all auditing processes.


  • Supervise and support customer relations staff.


  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team effectiveness.


  • Specialize in long-term care and hospital physician billing processes.



Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.


  • A minimum of 3 years as a Supervisor of Customer Relations.


  • A minimum of 3 years with an analytical background in medical reimbursement and auditing, specifically in long-term care and hospital physician billing.



Skills:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.


  • Experience with Epic.


  • Thorough understanding of contracts and fee schedules.


  • Must understand the entire denial process.


  • Knowledge of internal and external audits.


  • Strong leadership qualities.


  • Excellent time management skills.


  • Exceptional attention to detail.


Onsite | Monday to Friday | 7am-4pm | Contract to hire
