Accounts Payable Specialist
LHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary hire opportunity in Vernon, CA, in the food and beverage industry. The role requires recent experience with full-cycle accounts payable.
The pay range for this position is $26.00-$30.00 hourly.
Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable from start to finish.
Process invoices on time.
Prepare and execute check runs.
Reconcile accounts payable.
Keep vendor files and documentation as per company policy and accounting practices.
Qualifications:
Experience with full-cycle accounts payable.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational skills and task prioritization.
Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
