Location: Ventura, CA


Schedule: M-F (3 days onsite 2 remote)


Pay: $90k-$100k annually

Job details:



  • Provide operational solutions by reviewing and analyzing data to optimize business transactions.


  • Execute business process transactions, including HRIS (Workday) transactions, to meet global and regional business needs.


  • Provide guidance and resolution for day-to-day inquiries through policy and procedure interpretation, escalating matters to Centers of Excellence as needed.


  • Adapt to changing business needs and ensure high-quality service delivery within defined SLAs.


  • Maintain knowledge of HR legislation, compliance requirements, and employment laws.


  • Actively contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives, including documentation and creation.


  • Analyze shared services metrics/KPIs, reporting, and adherence to recommend and implement continuous process improvements.


  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to understand business requirements, implement programs, and enhance processes.


  • Implement local and occasionally global HR initiatives, partnering with stakeholders for smooth employee onboarding and offboarding.


  • Support administrative needs of the People Operations team and lead team projects.


Requirements:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role; 2-3 years of experience in a global shared services model.


  • Ability to exercise strong judgment and independently take appropriate actions within HR policies and procedures.


  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.


  • Proficient in HR business processes with demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, share responsibilities, and provide/accept feedback.


  • Effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information.


  • Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, taking ownership of responsibilities.


  • Strong conflict management and resolution skills with proven ability to lead and develop teams.


  • Experience with HR databases such as Workday, understanding and working with KPIs and SLAs to enhance global and regional service delivery.


  • Excellent administration, organization, and project management skills.


  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


  • BA/BS degree preferably in HR or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.


  • Proficiency in Workday, Jira, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Confluence.
