Customer Service Representative

Excellent opportunity to work onsite with a growing company in Tulsa, Ok! This is a full time role in a business casual office.
Duties include:
Customer service and issue resolution
Partner with multiple departments to address customer requests
Offer guidance on billing inquiries
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience handling customer service for clients over the phone
Strong communication skills
Able to handle a high volume of calls
Strong multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
