LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Account Manager for a contract-to-hire position in Tulsa, OK. This is for a Printing Services company with an excellent reputation.


Responsibilities:



  • Assist clients with issue resolutions as needed via email, phone or in person.


  • Assist production, sales and admin staff with job issue resolution or clarification as needed.


  • Receive and review all client orders. Confirm all orders are clear, complete and accurate. If anything appears or is unclear, incomplete or inaccurate communicate with client to correct order prior to preparing and submitting job ticket production.


  • Prepare and proof job production tickets to be utilized in production, finishing and shipping departments. Carefully proof job production tickets to confirm job specifics are clearly, completely and accurately stated on job production tickets.


  • Communicate with production, finishing and shipping personnel as needed to answer any questions concerning jobs in process.


Qualifications:



  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.


  • Good work ethic.


  • Good people skills. Ability to stay poised and professional


  • Good organizational skills


  • 4-year college degree preferred but not necessary


  • Ability to multi-task work in fast paced environment. Job has many interruptions and concurrent jobs to monitor
