Accounts Payable Specialist

A non-profit organization is partnering with LHH to search for a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist professional. You will be assisting with some project work on the AP team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience and be comfortable communicating with vendors. You need to have strong customer service and professional communication skills since you will be following up with vendors over phone and email. This position offers a hybrid work schedule from the office in Tukwila, WA. If you have a passion for being a part of non-profit organizations, this could be a good fit for you. Main Responsibilities:
  • Processing accounts payable invoices
  • Troubleshooting vendor inquiries and updating vendor accounts
  • Reviewing and creating vendor reports
  • Managing vendor accounts and documents
  • Vendor statement reconciliations
  • Additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • At least two years of accounting experience
  • Previous experience on an ERP software system is preferred
  • Ability to function efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
Employment Details:
  • Temporary for about two months
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid in the Tukwila, WA office
