Accounts Receivable Clerk

$18.00 - $20.00 per Hour

LHH is in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to oversee invoicing and collections. Responsibilities include keeping accurate records, ensuring prompt payments, and managing client interactions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process and document incoming payments.
  • Produce and send invoices and account statements.
  • Follow up on late payments and resolve client payment issues.
  • Reconcile accounts and compile receivables reports.
  • Work closely with the finance team on managing cash flow and forecasting revenue.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar position.
  • Understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
