A well established and well reputable HVAC services firm in North & Central NJ is growing and seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and offer solutions
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and checking refrigerant levels
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installations or repairs
Advance expertise in refrigeration systems and property maintenance
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
Certification from an accredited HVAC program
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment
Familiarity with refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and boilers
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
Proficiency in using tools like ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics
Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is a plus
Ability to plumb and perform appliance repairs
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be able to Drive and have a Valid NJ Driver's License
