Position: Executive Administrative Assistant Location: Onsite in Tigard, Oregon Pay Range: $30 - $36 per hour Duration: Direct Hire Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm


Job Overview: The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to LHH Recruitment's client's CEO and board members, ensuring seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. You should also understand the importance of little tasks as well as larger projects, as all the work of the Executive Administrative Assistant lends to the overall positive employee experience and impact.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and organize office schedules and appointments for CEO and board members.


  • Arrange travel for CEO and board members including flights, hotels and rental cars.


  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.


  • Order and distribute office supplies.


  • Support events including preparing materials and communication, and onsite event coordination.


  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.


  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports including accounting and invoice audits.


  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree preferred.


  • Minimum 3 years of office administration experience, ideally supporting a C-Suite executive.


  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS word, in particular), and the ability to learn a CRM system.


  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
