LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Financial Services company in Tempe, AZ that is looking for a Mortgage Sales Representative to add to the team.


This is a full-time in-office position Tuesday through Saturday. Pay rate is $25/hr plus commission.


This position requires mortgage industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a mortgage license or has held an originator, loan processor, or sales position within mortgage.

Essential Functions


  • Manage individual lead database pipeline in line with company lead contact standards.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from existing customers and lead sources.
  • Provide persuasive consultations and inform customers about new products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service and outcomes.
  • Optimize CRM flow and use systems effectively to support customers and team members.
  • Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues with a focus on sales principles and outcomes.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Must have 3+ years' of mortgage experience.
  • A Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient PC skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft environment, with the ability to access, manipulate, organize, and relay information effectively.
  • Relevant CRM experience.
  • Proven ability to multitask various customer channels and manage workflow professionally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
