Mortgage Sales and Customer Service

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a real estate investment company in Tempe. This organization is looking to add a customer service/sales representative to their team. This job has a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday 11am-8pm. Tuesday-Friday are in office days. Saturdays are always remote days. After six months, the schedule moves to two days work from home and three days in office.


Starting pay is $25/hr plus a monthly uncapped commission based on personal production.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales within the real estate investment sector. Previous experience in the mortgage industry or a financial services background is highly preferred, and possession of a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Certificate is a significant plus.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide information about our real estate investment products and services.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Possession of a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Certificate is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
