Call Center Representative

$19.00 - $21.00 per Hour
LHH Recruitment is working closely with a company in Tempe. This organization is in search of a call center representative to join their growing team. This job is primarily Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, but will require you to work the occasional Saturday as required. This job is fully in office for the first six months. After that time frame, if you are meeting expectations, you may be allowed to work from home 1-2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Take payments from customers accurately and securely
- Create and manage work orders, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and processed
- Communicate effectively with external customers and third-party vendors via phone and email
- Answer inquiries and provide timely, professional support regarding products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a calm and efficient manner
- Document all interactions and transactions within the system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, products, and procedures
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with phone and email communication
- Ability to handle high call volumes and stay organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and professional demeanor
- Must be able to work occasional Saturdays as required
