Contract to hire
$25.00 - $26.00 per Hour
- Keep financial records accurate and current.
- Handle both accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Create financial reports, summaries, and statements.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and tax returns.
- Oversee and control expenses.
- Process payroll efficiently.
- Aid in drafting budgets and financial forecasts.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Keen attention to detail and precision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
