$25.00 - $26.00 per Hour

LHH has a client seeking to hire a bookkeeper for their accounting team. This role is essential to our clients' financial operations. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule and requires onsite presence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep financial records accurate and current.
  • Handle both accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure financial data accuracy.
  • Create financial reports, summaries, and statements.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and tax returns.
  • Oversee and control expenses.
  • Process payroll efficiently.
  • Aid in drafting budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail and precision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
