Contract/Temp to Hire
$24.00 - $25.00 per Hour
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with payroll processing
- Prepare and distribute financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance department
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred
- Good phone skills
- Associates Degree (Business/Accounting) plus 2 years’ experience preferred
