Job Title: Trusts & Estates Paralegal
Location: Tampa, FL (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $65,000-$85,000/year
Firm Overview: LHH Talent Solutions is seeking a Trusts and Estates Paralegal fo an AV-rated firm that offers sophisticated clients, challenging work, a friendly, collegial work environment, and excellent compensation and benefits. The Firm is seeking qualified paralegal candidates for its Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
Role Overview: This is a replacement role as the team is losing an attorney and their paralegal is going with them. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates Administration and a firm understanding of Florida practices and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Drafting Estate Planning documents.
Tracking and meeting deadlines.
Providing client-oriented focus and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Taking initiative, demonstrating analytical thinking, and paying attention to detail.
Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates Administration.
Knowledgeable in Lawgic and Probate Form Builder through Westlaw.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Details/Benefits:
Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Parking Stipend: $111.10/month.
Medical and Dental Insurance.
