LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an exceptional client. We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the CEO in Tamarac, FL. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the confidence to communicate with high-level executives and stakeholders.


Position Overview:


As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO's daily activities and ensuring smooth operations within the executive office. You will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, ensuring efficient time management and organization. The ideal candidate has previous experience in an executive support role and is adept at anticipating the needs of a busy executive.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.


  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.


  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.


  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.


  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, and other engagements as needed.


  • Document Management: Organize and maintain executive files, reports, and other documentation.


  • Project Coordination: Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.


  • Office Management: Coordinate office needs, such as supplies and equipment, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


  • Problem-Solving: Address administrative issues and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting a CEO or high-level executive.


  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
