Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment posting, and collections.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.

• Continuously improve accounting processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
