LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Tampa, FL. This is a contract (6-8 weeks), onsite position.
Responsibilities
Handle full cycle AP functions including GL coding, high volume processing (using 3 way matching) and reconciling invoices, and weekly check runs
Research and resolve any invoice issues
Experience
Minimum of two to three years of accounts payable (high volume invoice processing) experience required
Skills/Knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook required
Proficiency using accounting software required
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
Proactive/critical/analytical thinker
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Work Hours/Pay Rate
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$25-30/hr.
