Accounts Receivable Specialist

A large company is partnering with LHH to search for a temporary AR Specialist for their team. You will be responsible for billing invoices, posting payments, and reconciling statements. Since a lot of your tasks will be responding to clients, you must have professional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of accounts receivable, collections, or billing experience. The team is looking for someone to start right away so the interview process will be quick. Job Duties:

• Composing billing invoices according to contracts
• Troubleshooting client inquiries
• Processing payments to the correct accounts
• Updating client account information
• Reconciling account statements
• Additional tasks as needed

Desired Skill Set:

• At least a year of professional office or accounting experience
• Associates in Accounting would be preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Employment Details:

• Temporary for three months
• Fully onsite in Tacoma, WA
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
