We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client near Sun Valley, CA. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the financial processes related to vendor payments. This role involves reviewing, processing, and reconciling invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments, maintaining records of transactions, and supporting month-end financial procedures.
Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper approval.
Prepare and execute payments to vendors on time.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
