LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a client of ours in the Cleveland, OH area.


Responsibilities:



  • Perform 3-way matching to ensure accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.


  • Handle general ledger work, addressing errors and discrepancies independently.


  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including necessary steps and procedures.


  • Process high volume of accounts payable transactions (400-600 invoices per month).


  • Certify and process expense reports.


  • Collaborate with various departments during system implementation.


Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of accounts payable experience.


  • Proficiency in Excel, including creating vlookups and pivot tables.


  • Experience with ERP systems, with a preference for Great Plains.


  • Strong understanding of 3-way matching.


  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.


  • Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment after initial training period.


Work Environment:



  • Initial training period fully in-office, followed by a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).


  • Flexible working hours with a typical schedule of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.


  • Business casual dress code, including jeans.
