Job Description:
  • Develop and implement company-wide compensation programs.
  • Build and maintain pay structures based on job roles, market data, tenure, and experience.
  • Develop and present policies and plans to executive and senior management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in salary surveys to maintain competitiveness.
  • Conduct HR analytics and data interpretation to support planning and equity.
  • Prepare ad hoc compensation and budget-related reports.
  • Assist in preparing annual merit increase and incentive programs.
  • Evaluate job positions for equity and classification.
  • Conduct wage surveys, job pricing, and benchmarking.
  • Manage compensation survey software and update as needed.
  • Act as a liaison with external agencies and vendors on compensation issues.
  • Train employees on compensation policies.
  • Oversee support staff related to compensation plan development.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in compensation, total rewards or related role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Certifications such as CCP/SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or CEBS is helpful, but not required.
  • Experience with innovative total rewards solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Background in HR, finance, or employee benefits.
  • Experience in managing or supervising others.
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet deadline
