- Build and maintain pay structures based on job roles, market data, tenure, and experience.
- Develop and present policies and plans to executive and senior management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Participate in salary surveys to maintain competitiveness.
- Conduct HR analytics and data interpretation to support planning and equity.
- Prepare ad hoc compensation and budget-related reports.
- Assist in preparing annual merit increase and incentive programs.
- Evaluate job positions for equity and classification.
- Conduct wage surveys, job pricing, and benchmarking.
- Manage compensation survey software and update as needed.
- Act as a liaison with external agencies and vendors on compensation issues.
- Train employees on compensation policies.
- Oversee support staff related to compensation plan development.
- 5+ years experience in compensation, total rewards or related role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred, but not required.
- Certifications such as CCP/SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or CEBS is helpful, but not required.
- Experience with innovative total rewards solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Background in HR, finance, or employee benefits.
- Experience in managing or supervising others.
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadline
