- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Reconcile bank statements and track accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process invoices and ensure timely payment of bills
- Assist with payroll processing
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents
- Support the preparation of tax returns and related documents
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with QuickBooks (certification is a plus)
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
