$22.00 - $30.00 per Hour
Residential Real Estate Paralegal Position Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Employment Type:
Minimum 2 years in residential real estate (commercial experience is a plus)
Must be trainable and have a positive attitude
Training and Work Schedule:
First 90 days of training are onsite
Potential for hybrid schedule (1-2 days WFH) after successful onboarding
Job Responsibilities:
Primary role as a Paralegal with some Legal Admin duties
Tasks include general office housekeeping, reception, mail sorting, calendar management, scheduling, and other clerical work
Must have a 'no task too big, no task too small' mentality and be a team player
Manage residential closing processes and draft related documents
Maintain high attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Client-facing role ensuring smooth client experiences
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Practice Panther is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $22-$30/hour
Full-time 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. schedule with no annual billable hours
