Contract/Temp to Hire
$22.00 - $30.00 per Hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a superstar Real Estate Paralegal to join our client's expanding team as a Temp-to-Hire W2 Contractor! You'll wear many hats, providing critical support to the firm's attorneys and ensuring smooth client closings. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and prove yourself with a friendly, supportive, thriving law firm family. Responsibilities:
Draft and review residential real estate closing documents (deeds, title work, etc.)
Conduct client communication and ensure a positive experience
Manage closing schedules, deadlines, and logistics
Assist with administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, reception, mail sorting)
Bonus points: Experience with commercial real estate transactions
Qualifications:
Solid experience managing US residential real estate closings from start to finish (2+ years), preferably working for a law firm supporting multiple attorneys.
Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Practice Panther (a plus!)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Team player with a positive attitude and extreme attention to detail
Compensation & Schedule:
Hourly Rate: $22-$30/hour with potential to convert to a permanent FTE
Onsite work for the first 90 days, then open to a hybrid (1-2 days WFH) schedule after successful onboarding
Full-time 9-6 schedule, no annual billable hours
