Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH is partnering with an organization who is looking for a temporary AP Specialist to join their team for the next few months. Your main tasks will be processing invoices and paying vendors. You will work with a team who will make sure you are trained fully, but the role is fully in office. The ideal candidate will have a few years of accounting experience, but the team is open to someone who is willing to learn with the right attitude. Main Responsibilities:


  • Coding and processing invoices
  • Updating vendor accounts and responding to vendor inquiries
  • Ensuring prompt vendor payments
  • Maintaining accounting documents and scanning into the system
  • Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:


  • Associate degree would be preferred
  • At least two years of professional office or accounting experience
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work well with a team and collaborate with others
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with important information

Employement Details:


  • Temporary for two months
  • Fully onsite in Shelton, WA
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
